The UCN5801A is a BiMOS II latched driver. The UCN5801A merges high-current, high-voltage outputs with CMOS logic. The UCN5801A supersedes the original BiMOS latched-input driver ICs (UCN4400A and UCN4801A). The UCN5801A is compatible with standard CMOS and NMOS circuits.
