The MT8812AP is an analog switch array. The MT8812AP is fabricated in MITELs ISOCMOStechnology providing low power dissipationand high reliability. The MT8812AP contains a 8 x12 arrayof crosspoint switches along with a 7 to 96 linedecoder and latch circuits. Any one of the 96switches can be addressed by selecting theappropriate seven input bits. The selected switchcan be turned on or off by applying a logical one orzero to the DATA input. Applications are (1)PBX systems; (2)mobile radio; (3)test equipment /instrumentation; (4)analog/digital multiplexers; (5)audio/video switching.
