The isd1416sy is a single-chip, voice record/playback solution to short-duration messaging applications. It include an on chip oscillator, microphone preamplifier, automatic gain control, anti-aliasing filter, smoothing filter, and speaer several passive components, two push buttons and a power source. Recordings are stored into on chip nonvolatile memory cells, providing zero-power message storage. The isd1416sy is made possible through winbond’s patented multi level storage technology. Voice and audio signals are stored directly into memory intheir natural form, providing high-quality, solidstage voice reproduction.
