The isd4003-04msy is a single-chip voice record/playback device. It provides high-quality, 3V, single-chip record/playbac solutions for 8- to 16-minute messaging applications which are ideal for cellular phones and other portable products. The isd4003-04msy include an on chip oscillator, antialiasing filter, smoothing filter, automute feature, audio amplifier, and high density, multilevel flash storage array. The isd4003-04msy is designed to be used in a microprocessor- or microcontroller-based sytem. Adress and control are accomplished through a serial peripheral interface or microwire serial interface to minimize pin count.
