Product Summary

The G125 is a junction FET switch. The G125 consists of four N-channel junction FETs in a common package. The device is designed to function as analog switches. In the normally-ON state the switches will conduct current equally well in either direction; the sources may function as drains and the drains as sources. In the OFF state the devices will block voltages up to 30 V peak-to-peak.
